Katie joined Epiphany in September 2023 to lead our legal team. Prior to Epiphany, she was a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. During her tenure there, she advised hospitals and health systems, specialty physician practices, post-acute and long-term care providers, medical device manufacturers, digital health companies and investors on innovative transactions and critical regulatory and reimbursement matters.
Throughout her career, Katie has negotiated hospital affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, academic medical center reorganizations, and acquisitions of healthcare providers and suppliers by private equity-backed portfolio companies, growth funds, and other investors.
Katie obtained her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, her JD from Boston University, and her MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
In her free time, she enjoys painting, photography, and spending time with friends and family.
